Can God make a rock to heavy to lift?

there is a frequently asked question by atheists, which is can Allah
create a stone which he can´t lift up if He is allmighty?

csn you please give me an answer to this inshaAllah.
i know Allah can create everything which He wants but only things which
make sense,and that His power is infinite which means there can ´t be
a greater power than His. actually the question doesn´t make sense
because it shows the lack of knowledge of some people about the essence
of our Creator.

first of all you must congradulate your atheist friends for thinking outside the box. God gave us a brain so that we can think. intellectual honesty will always lead a person to Islam

now for the question. this is so easy to answer. but lets clarify the question. can God created a rock that is too heavy for himself to lift. can God create a hot pepper that even is too hot for him to eat? can God create a God that is greater than himself?

Allah knows best however i believe the answer is no. God cannot create a rock too big to lift because he is all powerful therefore he cannot create something that he cannot do

Christians say that God can do anything and so this question is difficult for them

in Islam we believe there are things God cannot do

God cannot become a man because then their is no God to sustain the universe

God cannot steal because everything belongs to him

God cannot do something stupid because he is all wise

God cannot learn anything because he is all knowing. he can't learn anything because he already knows everything

God cannot create a rock to heavy to lift because he is all powerful

God cannot be unjust because it is him who define what justice is

believe it or not i have had a Christian tell me that God can do anything. i asked if he can learn something. the Christian said yes. i said how can he learn something doesn't he know everything? the Christian said that he made it so that he forgot something and then he relearned that thing which he forgot. i said what???? the christian said that Allah is limited because Allah cannot forgot or learn. but the Christian God can

so in conclusion there are things that God cannot do anything. if he could create a rock that he could not lift then once he created that rock, he would no longer be God because God can lift anything

Allahu akbar. our God is the greatest and there is nothing comparable to him

tell your atheistic friends to think up a better question if they want to stump me. that question is easy. it's nothing. tell them to go home and think about it and come up with a better question. no matter how hard they try then will never disprove Islam. even if all the jinns and makind gathered together they could not leave a scratch the size of a mustard seed on the throne of Allah

and by the way since they question Allah. Allah has a question for them also

the question that Allah asks them is this. were they created of nothing meaning. did they spontaneously apear. where did the universe come from? nothing creates nothing. somthing has to create something. so they have two choices. either Allah always existed or the universe always existed. if the universe always existed then why do scientists say it's changing

see, this goes back to what i was saying about Allah being the all wise. how can they answer that question? where did the universe come from? is it magic. spontaneous creation. no. that is not logical. it is logical that Allah is the creator who gave us life when we were dead. we were dead before we were alive and Allah brought us to life
