thanks for your question. in Islam, Angels have no free will. they are like robots. they can only do what Allah tells them to do. in Islam we have no such thing as a fallen angel

angels can take on the appearance of people like when the angels came to Mary and the angel spoke to her. the angel who spoke to her looked like a human being

according to an Imam that i was listening to, there was a man going to hajj but along the way he saw a lady picking up a dead bird to eat for dinner. the man told her that it is haram to eat dead birds. she said that she was desperate and had no choice. so the man gave her all his money that he had on him which he was going to use for hajj. then the man returned home without performing the hajj. when hajj was over people were wishing him a successful hajj but he was confused because he never finished that hajj. but many people said they saw him doing the hajj. what happened was that an angel did the hajj on his behalf because he had helped the poor lady with his hajj money
